What is SHIELD all about

SHIELD was founded in 2023 to solve the unemployment problem in underserved communities by empowering youths to solve social problems in their communities. We prioritize providing entrepreneurship and digital transformation training to radicalized individuals, youth, persons with disabilities, gender minorities and other underserved groups. We work to accelerate their socio-economic integration to enable them launch and scale their social ventures and employ more people or successfully earn their first employment and eventually contribute to community development.
